Comply WCAG (Comply WCAG, we, us, or our) operates the complywcag.com website, customer dashboard, and related accessibility personalization service (together, the Service).

This page explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Service, and the choices available to you. Where consent is required for optional analytics or marketing, we request it through the cookie preference center; simply using the Service is not consent to those optional purposes.

We collect several types of information to provide and improve the Service.

Account data can include your email address, display name, authentication identifiers, website name and origin, saved widget configuration, and recorded plan or billing status. We also receive information you choose to send when you contact support.

Usage Data

Our hosting, authentication, and security providers process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the Service, which can include IP address, browser information, requested route, timestamps, and diagnostic data. Optional public-site analytics and marketing measurement remain off unless you enable the matching category.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Necessary browser storage supports authentication, security, and your cookie choices. Optional analytics and marketing tags are separated by purpose and do not load until you grant that purpose.

You can accept all, reject all optional categories, customize them, or reopen the fixed Cookie preferences control on any Service page to withdraw a prior choice.

Blocking necessary authentication or security storage may prevent signed-in features from working. Rejecting optional analytics or marketing does not disable the core public pages or dashboard.

We use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Service Providers

Current service categories include Vercel for web hosting and Supabase for authentication and database services. Google Analytics and LinkedIn measurement load on public pages only after the matching optional consent. A payment provider may process billing information if and when checkout is enabled.

These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Analytics

Public-site analytics are optional and consent-gated. The customer widget-analytics dashboard is currently disabled while its ingestion, aggregation, retention, and privacy behavior are being verified.

The Service may contain links to external websites not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be taken to their site. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit, as we are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites or services.
