Bring visitor personalization into your agency workflow.
Treat each client website as its own installation. Keep scope clear, record what you tested, and give clients a practical maintenance plan.

A plan for a small portfolio
The Enterprise plan currently covers up to five active websites at €49/month or €440 annually. Compare the pricing page for current inclusions. Contact the team before assuming a larger portfolio, white-label agreement, reseller entitlement, or managed audit is included.
An agency should agree with each client who owns the account, domain configuration, subscription, installation code, and support relationship. Visitor personalization is separate from your source-code accessibility work and should be described that way in the statement of work.
A repeatable rollout
Inventory
Record the client, domain, platform, theme version, important journeys, configuration owner, and current accessibility issues.
Get approval
Show the client the widget experience, pricing, data practices, and limitations. Agree on which pages and devices will be checked.
Install and verify
Use the correct site-specific snippet once. Test keyboard, mobile, forms, and the widget's reset/removal path. Keep evidence and unresolved issues.
Maintain
Retest after theme updates, redesigns, app changes, and checkout changes. Keep the source remediation backlog alongside the widget configuration.
Sell a clear outcome
A useful agency proposal combines accessible design and development, manual review, user testing where appropriate, and optional visitor controls. Do not promise certification or protection from legal claims merely because a toolbar is installed.
Bring your client inventory and platform questions to a conversation with the team. The checklist and installation guides below give your developers a shared starting point without replacing specialist accessibility review.
